What is libido?
- Libido is the desire to have sex or sex drive; it varies dramatically from person to person. It also varies due to person’s preferences or circumstances

What causes lowered libido?
- Fatigue: Feeling tired or exhausted usually affects sexual desire.
- Sexual Incompatibilty: When someone consistently desires more sex than their spouse or engages in a sexual activity that their partner finds uncomfortable, it might have an impact on their desire for sexual intimacy.

- Smoking or use of marijuana or alcohol consumption also affects sex drive and, if stopped, may boost libido.
