In Clinic Consultation:
A. Cancellation
You may cancel In-Clinic consultation appointments before 1 hour of appointment without any charges. If you cancel within 60 minutes of appointment time, there will be a cancellation charge. You won’t get your money back if your shift has already begun.
You may reschedule consultations at anypoint of time.
We do not offer refunds for the free follow-up. There is no fee for the complimentary follow-up.
B. Refund
We will process your refund in a timeframe of 24 to 48 business hours.
